I am Nguetobaye Massengar Rongar, an economist and mathematician dedicated to deciphering the architecture of the global economy. My professional identity is built upon the foundational synergy of these two disciplines, where mathematical precision meets economic inquiry to analyze and address the most pressing international issues. My specialization lies in the broad sphere of world economic systems, with concentrated research interests in the dynamics of international trade and the critical imperative of financial security. Through my publications, I strive to contribute a quantitatively rigorous perspective to the evolving discourse on global economic governance.

Currently, I serve as a Lecturer at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. In this academic role, I am privileged to shape the minds of future financiers and economists, instilling in them the essential principles of economic theory fortified by mathematical reasoning. This mission of education extends far beyond the university walls through my concurrent role as an International Ambassador for the Movement for Financial Security. This ambassadorship represents the practical application of my research, translating theory into actionable knowledge for a new generation.

In this capacity, our Movement is committed to empowering youth with the tools for economic resilience and ethical responsibility. We educate young people on foundational financial literacy, equipping them to navigate personal and systemic economic challenges. Furthermore, we address the paramount threats to international economic stability by instructing on how to combat money laundering and disrupt the financing of terrorism. Recognizing the evolving digital landscape, we also confront modern dangers such as malicious deepfake technologies, which undermine trust and security. To catalyze engagement and innovation in this vital field, we organize an annual International Olympiad in Financial Security, fostering a global community of young scholars and practitioners dedicated to protecting the integrity of our financial systems.

Complementing this academic and philanthropic work, I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience managing African affairs at Pharmasyntez. As Head of African Affairs, I play a crucial role in organizing meetings with African authorities and economic stakeholders within our company. My responsibilities include coordinating weekly meetings with African presidents, ministers, and business leaders, as well as representatives from South American and Caribbean countries, in Moscow. My core role is to facilitate communication and strengthen relationships between Pharmasyntez and our international partners. My professional experience includes organizing meetings and gatherings with senior African officials and business leaders in connection with Pharmasyntez's activities; providing simultaneous translation from Russian into English, French, and occasionally Spanish during meetings and negotiations with non-Russian-speaking clients; and developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key players in Africa, South America, and the Caribbean to foster Pharmasyntez's growth and expansion in these markets. I bring fluency in Russian, English, French, and Spanish, excellent organizational and negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of the political, economic, and cultural landscapes of these regions.

Thus, my path continuously connects the theoretical with the practical, the classroom with the global stage. Whether through academic research, university teaching, corporate diplomacy, or ambassadorial outreach, my overarching goal remains constant: to leverage the combined power of economics and mathematics in the pursuit of a more stable, transparent, and secure global economic future.
